Our Service

Our site is an online platform that enables consumers to search for Service Provider Members and make bookings with those Service Provider Members to receive their services. Our service to you is the provision of the platform only, and where you are a consumer that wishes to request services from a Service Provider Member (or if you are a Service Provider Member intending to provide services to a consumer), you are entering into an agreement with that Service Provider Member (or consumer, as applicable), not us. Consumers must therefore agree to the relevant Service Provider Member terms and conditions in order to receive services from that Service Provider Member.

We are not responsible for and so cannot be liable for any such terms and conditions you agree. Likewise, we are not responsible for and so cannot be liable for the nature, quality, delivery or any other aspect of the services provided by Service Provider Members, or for any payments due from any consumers in relation to services provided.
