We offer a fresh look and take on your favourite Indian dishes. Our menu has been developed to combine lots of robust flavours but cooked using very little oil, which makes for tantalizing dishes ideal for the whole family and friends. We use fresh herbs and spices as well as good quality meats, poultry and seafood. We aim to use the very best ingredients, many of which are locally sourced. We use only the minimum amount of oil in each dish, helping the flavour and spices to shine through in each mouth watering bite.
